- Usage data: Basic information about how you interact with the platform, such as login timestamps, for security and operational purposes.
We do not collect location data, health or fitness metrics, device contacts, camera or microphone access, or any data unrelated to operating the scheduling platform.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to operate the scheduling platform, including to:
- Create and manage your account and training schedule
- Process session purchases and automatic refills
- Send transactional emails such as account invitations and booking confirmations
- Allow coaches and studio administrators to view and manage client schedules
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond operating the studio platform.
3. Information Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share your data only in the following limited circumstances:
- Square: Payment information is transmitted to Square for processing. Square's privacy policy governs their handling of your payment data. See squareup.com/legal/privacy.
- Supabase: Your account and scheduling data is stored in Supabase, a secure database platform. Data is stored in the United States.
- Resend: Transactional emails (such as account invitations) are sent via Resend. Only your email address and first name are shared for this purpose.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.
No other third parties receive your personal data.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account information and booking history for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. If you request deletion of your account, we will remove your personal data from our systems within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as resolving disputes or fraud prevention.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), row-level security on our database, and access controls that restrict data to authorized staff only.
